Home Care Specialist Bloom Clean is a growing boutique residential cleaning company focused on thoughtful home care, professionalism, and creating spaces that feel calm, refreshed, and beautifully maintained. We are currently looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who genuinely take pride in their work and want to grow with a company that values quality, consistency, and respectful client service. • All cleaning supplies are provided for each team member.

What You'll Do Perform residential cleaning services in client homes Follow Bloom Clean service standards and checklists Maintain professionalism and attention to detail Create a positive, trustworthy experience for clients Work independently while communicating effectively with the team What We're Looking For Must be a positive, professional, and dependable person Must be able to follow directions and work well independently Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Cell phone required for scheduling and communication Must speak English Must be able to comfortably perform physical cleaning work throughout the day Must be able to pass a criminal background check Residential cleaning, hospitality, hotel, Airbnb, spa, organizing, or home care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right motivated person. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can represent Bloom Clean professionally inside clients' homes .

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Typical daytime hours between 8 AM
