Job Description

Direct Care Specialist will work closely with the Clinical Staff and Clients in intensive residential treatment settings, ensuring their safety while monitoring them during the treatment process. • Direct Care Specialist must be present to assist the detox nurse on duty to serve the detox patients and ensure their safety, well-being, cleanliness and comfort. Must have a pleasant personality, be able to successfully work with people in a positive manner, must be able to cope effectively under stressful situations. Must be able to work compassionately and effectively with persons with substance use disorders and their families.
