Conduct training sessions and mentoring for staff on classroom management techniques, behavior management strategies, and inclusive teaching practices. Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, progress reports, and IEP meetings while ensuring compliance with educational standards and legal requirements. Engage in ongoing professional development related to applied behavior analysis (ABA), recreational therapy, early intervention practices, and other specialized areas of special education. Support families through communication about student progress and strategies for home-based reinforcement; advocate for student welfare within the school community. Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Speech-Language Pathology or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Valid certification or license as an Educational Diagnostician or School Psychologist; bilingual certification highly desirable. Proven experience working with children with disabilities such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or behavioral health challenges. Strong knowledge of special education laws including IEP development and implementation processes. Demonstrated expertise in speech therapy techniques, curriculum development for diverse learners, and assistive learning technologies. Experience with early childhood education frameworks such as Montessori or preschool curricula is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in both English and the target language; ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and families. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and proficiency in proofreading reports and educational materials. Ability to manage classroom environments effectively while fostering positive behavior management strategies. Passion for mentoring colleagues and supporting student growth through innovative instructional approaches. Join us in shaping inclusive educational experiences that inspire confidence and achievement!
