Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques to create a safe and respectful learning environment. Support children with special education needs and participate in early intervention programs to ensure inclusive learning experiences. Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on student progress, classroom activities, and developmental milestones. Maintain detailed records of student development, assessments, and standardized testing results to monitor progress and inform instruction. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, child welfare standards, and safety protocols while promoting a nurturing atmosphere conducive to learning. Skills Extensive knowledge of childhood development theories, early childhood education practices, and curriculum development strategies. Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management and lesson planning. Familiarity with special education techniques, behavior management strategies, and early intervention methods. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community partners. Competence in utilizing standardized testing tools for assessment purposes and tracking student progress. Experience in teaching physical education activities to promote motor skills development. Knowledge of literacy education fundamentals, math concepts suitable for preschoolers, and tutoring techniques for early learners.
