Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive student assessments to identify educational strengths and needs. Develop, update, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for high school students. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret evaluation results and plan appropriate interventions. Maintain detailed records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate actively in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) committee meetings and contribute expertise to decision-making. Serve as a resource to school staff regarding instructional interventions and progress monitoring.
