Specific Fractal Education Group School Position Summary The Fractal Teacher Coach plays a critical role in strengthening classroom quality and teacher performance across Fractal Education Group schools. This position provides direct support to the Education Director (ED) by coaching, mentoring, and training teachers to ensure that curriculum, classroom environments, and instructional practices consistently meet the highest standards. The Teacher Coach also contributes to curriculum preparation, coordinates teacher resources, assists with onboarding new staff, and supports professional growth initiatives. This role is instrumental in advancing Fractal's mission of delivering exceptional early childhood education through excellence in teaching and leadership development. Key Responsibilities Teacher Coaching & Development Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and peer-to-peer training for teachers. Support the onboarding of new staff to ensure a smooth integration into the program. Conduct classroom assessments and provide feedback aligned with Texas Rising Star (TRS) standards. Promote professional growth by implementing and maintaining Caregiver, Rising Star, and Mentor checklists. Curriculum & Classroom Support Assist the ED in reviewing and posting lesson plans across all classrooms. Ensure that weekly activity supplies are delivered and classrooms are well-stocked and prepared. Maintain and organize classroom resources for instructional use. Support teachers in creating enriched learning environments that reflect TRS and Fractal standards. Administrative & Program Support Collaborate with the ED on administrative tasks and teacher coordination. Provide cross-school support when needed to strengthen program quality. Assist in organizing teacher appreciation events, community outreach, and parent involvement activities. Training & Professional Development Lead monthly staff meeting training sessions. Present at local conferences to represent Fractal Education Group. Conduct and participate in monthly Education Director calls. Model best practices in teaching, classroom management, and curriculum delivery. Professional Goals & Growth Fractal Education Group is committed to investing in the development of its Teacher Coaches. Within this role, the Teacher Coach will: Complete the Caregiver Certificate Program. Complete the Rising Star Certificate Program. Complete the Fractal Mentor Certificate Program. Complete the Fractal Coach Certification Program. Begin the Fractal Administrative Certificate Program. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education (ECE). Strong knowledge of early childhood development and curriculum best practices. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and train staff. Familiarity with Texas Rising Star (TRS) standards, licensing standards, and best practices in the Early Childhood Field. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to guide and inspire teachers toward best practices.
Collaboration:
Works effectively with EDs, Program Directors, and teaching staff.

Ensures curriculum, resources, and coaching plans are delivered consistently.
