Job Description

Special Education Teacher position in Amherst, Virginia for a 56‑week contract. The role offers up to $50 per hour, paid weekly, and focuses on supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs. Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that fosters.
Qualifications:
Valid teaching license and relevant educational qualifications. License (must be provided). Minimum 1 year of experience as a Special Education Teacher with skills in student engagement and classroom management. Soft skills including patience, communication, and adaptability. Background check compliance.
