A people-oriented superstar! (Must love animals too, but they can't drive themselves here!) Top notch communication skills with clients and team members. Immaculate attention to detail. Comfortable with technology. Available to work a flexible schedule within our regular business hours.

Responsibilities:

Warmly welcoming clients and their pets into our hospital. Answering phones with a smile and scheduling appointments efficiently. Keeping our waiting area clean and organized. (This includes pet messes!) Checking clients in / out and processing payments. Keeping accurate, detailed medical records Managing emails, faxes, phone messages, online appointment and medication requests
