This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a classroom environment while helping create a fun, nurturing, and structured atmosphere for children. As a Co-Lead Teacher, responsibilities are shared between two teachers throughout the day. Some portions of the schedule will require independently leading classroom activities, instruction, transitions, and daily routines, while other parts of the day will involve supporting the co-teacher through classroom management, small group activities, and assisting with overall classroom operations. Flexibility and teamwork are essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
Help create and maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment Lead classroom activities, lessons, and routines during assigned times Support co-teacher with daily classroom management and child supervision Encourage positive social, emotional, and educational development Maintain open communication with families and administration Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations Work collaboratively with classroom team members and administration
Qualifications:
Experience working with preschool-age children preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and adapt throughout the day Positive attitude and professional demeanor Must be dependable and reliable CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Schedule:
Full-time Monday-Friday Flexible scheduling options may be available

Pay:
