Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Special Education Teaching certification (state-specific) Previous experience in elementary special education settings Strong knowledge of IEP processes and compliance Ability to adapt instruction for diverse learning needs Excellent classroom management and organizational abilities Collaborative approach to working with general educators, specialists, and families Commitment to inclusion and differentiated instruction
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and small-group instruction for elementary caseload students Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team Create a supportive, adaptive classroom environment that encourages student growth Utilize diverse instructional strategies to address varying academic and behavioral needs Track student progress and maintain accurate records Actively participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences Foster positive communication with families and staff to support each child's success Enjoy a
