Full Job Description Position:
We are looking for a team player to join our Community Care team as a Specialist. This position will support multiple areas of the community care department and be in direct relationship with families being served through Jubilee REACH. This position is full-time, with a workweek including Saturday, and can include Sundays from time to time.Responsibilities:
Lead and provide direct program level support to different areas of Community Care, as needed General Support for families served 'Groceries for Families' program Jubilee in the Community Seniors Program Volunteer Care Other Care as assigned Proactively coordinate and execute assigned areas of focus Coordinate with other staff leading specific programs Work directly with families and individuals in the community needing support Serve people and families with compassion, care and showing love to others through action and words Contribute to planning for the short-term and long-term needs of the department Respond quickly to unexpected needs Build and maintain relationships with families served through the programs Build and grow deep relationships with our volunteers, through encouragement and appreciation. Manage the impact of the programs on other Jubilee REACH areas Problem solve to meet the needs of the department Identify, propose, and implement changes to meet the changing needs of the department Be part of the strategic planning for the future of the departmentRequirments:
5+ years of experience providing human services in a lead role or equivalent Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Ability to communicate in Spanish is strongly preferred Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to work independently and as a team Remain flexible to adjust to the needs of the position Federal and State Background Check A willingness to practice honesty, forgiveness, and grace to those you work with and aim to serveSalary Range:
