Prism Behavioral Consulting is a small, Seattle-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency providing trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming services to children and families. Owned and operated by an Autistic BCBA, Prism centers play, connection, and meaningful skill-building. We are seeking compassionate, creative Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, community, and school settings Implement individualized behavior support and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA Use play-based, relationship-centered strategies to support client progress Collect accurate session data and complete notes using electronic data collection systems Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary providers Maintain ethical, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming practices What We're Looking For Experience working with young children (experience with disabilities preferred) Interest in long-term work in the ABA field Creative, reliable, and compassionate team players Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using technology for data collection and communication Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations Requirements Active CBT license Preferred Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential Previous experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Experience working with children with diverse support needs Experience collaborating with families and caregivers Experience working with families from diverse cultural backgrounds Compensation & Benefits $25
