The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of young children. This role involves working with children from 3 weeks to 3 years of age , ensuring they receive the highest quality of care, respect, and developmentally appropriate instruction. Responsibilities Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that supports curiosity and creativity. Observe and assess each child's progress, sharing meaningful feedback with families about their development. Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a strong, collaborative community. Use positive guidance and reinforcement strategies to support appropriate classroom behavior. Collaborate with fellow educators to refine curriculum and share best practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment that meets all health and safety regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education standards and Montessori principles. Requirements A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is Required; Strong understanding of early childhood development and classroom management strategies. Ability to plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities tailored to diverse learning styles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with children, parents, and team members. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children are essential for success in this role. Experience supporting children with special needs is a plus.
