Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that foster creativity, literacy, numeracy, and social skills in preschool-aged children. Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and promote respectful interactions among students. Engage children in activities that promote physical development, early intervention strategies, and emotional well-being. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress, behavioral concerns, and developmental milestones. Support children with special needs by adapting lessons and activities to meet their unique requirements and promote inclusive learning experiences. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management within preschool or daycare settings. Proficiency in working with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers, with a focus on toddler care. Familiarity with special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support diverse learners. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
