• Position Responsibilities
• + Deliver individualized instruction to students receiving special education services + Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines + Adapt lessons and instructional strategies to support varying learning needs + Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, administrators, and support staff + Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation + Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment + Maintain strong communication with families and school teams •Qualifications•?

Active Wisconsin DPI Special Education Teaching License (Required) ? Experience with IEP development and compliance ? Strong classroom management and communication skills ? Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams ? Previous school-based special education experience preferred
