Wisconsin Assignment Dates:
August 24, 2026•June 4, 2027
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 37.5 Hours per
Week Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Track student progress and maintain required documentation. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, therapists, and families. Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student needs. Ensure compliance with all state and federal special education regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Active Wisconsin Special Education Teacher License . License must be verifiable through the Wisconsin DPI website. Certification in one of the following: Early Childhood•Middle Childhood, OR Middle Childhood•Early Adolescence Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
Additional Information:
Elementary schools operate on a half-day schedule on Fridays; contractors will work a full day. Caseloads and classroom assignments vary by school location.
Pay:
$45.00•$48.00 per hour
