Job Description

Join the VitaCare Living of Menomonie Team! CNAs are highly encouraged to apply and will receive CNA-level pay. Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential. CBRF certification is preferred but not required. VitaCare Living of Menomonie is currently seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs and Care Specialists to join our team. As a CNA or Care Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting residents with personalized care, daily activities, and meaningful interactions that enhance their quality of life. Current Openings PM Shift Overnight Shift Casual/PRN Positions Flexible scheduling options are available. Caregiver / CNA Responsibilities Administer medications as delegated by the Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and maintaining a high standard of medication management with minimal errors. Respond promptly and professionally to resident call lights and requests to provide attentive, compassionate care. Provide individualized support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, meal support, and medication reminders in accordance with each resident's Client Service Plan. Deliver compassionate memory care services for residents living with dementia and cognitive impairments, utilizing patience, redirection techniques, and person-centered care approaches to promote comfort, dignity, and safety. Accurately complete all required charting and service documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations. Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living spaces by performing light housekeeping duties, regular room cleaning, linen changes, and sanitation tasks. Assist with resident laundry services, ensuring clothing and linens are washed, folded, and returned in a timely manner. Observe and report changes in resident condition, behaviors, or concerns to nursing staff and supervisors promptly.
