Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant educational community as a Full-Time Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young minds will inspire the next generation. In this dynamic role, you will create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive classroom environment, and support children's developmental milestones across early childhood education settings. Your dedication will help cultivate curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning in children from diverse backgrounds. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curricula tailored to early childhood development standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills. Design and execute engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods and age-appropriate activities to promote active learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and respectful environment. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support children with special education needs and early intervention programs. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Facilitate activities that promote child welfare, including toddler care, preschool routines, and daycare practices. Maintain detailed records of student progress, lesson plans, and classroom incidents to ensure compliance with educational standards and policies. Experience Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool settings is essential. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable. Familiarity with teaching physical education, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methodologies. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and child welfare best practices. Pay:
$14.50 - $15.00 per hour
