Job Description

Are you compassionate and caring and enjoy the company of older adults! This is a call to Caregivers looking to make a difference in the lives of our residents in a homelike setting. Sienna Crest Care Specialists will promote and maintain the philosophy of assisted living through the following: Encourage, support, and assist our residents with their activities of daily living (ADL's), which include but are not limited to, grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition, etc. Administer medication to resident's as prescribed by their physician Actively participate and lead, when required, leisure activities, as scheduled on the Life Enhancement Calendar. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly home environment for our residents To become a Care Specialist, you will need to: Possess a genuine fondness for older adults. Complete of all State Mandated Training programs that are provided by Sienna Crest Assisted Living Inc. Be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. frequently, stoop, bend, and reach frequently, stand for at least 8 hours, and climb on a stepladder. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
