Compensation & Schedule Salaried/Exempt Annual Salary:

Who You Are Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Ability to successfully pass all required background screening Committed to creating a rigorous, nurturing, and joyful education experience Dedicated to educational equity and promote related/procedure-aligned practices Demonstrate effective and consistent professionalism throughout all communication Ability to demonstrate evidence of self-motivation and willingness to be a team player Possess a growth mindset and experience using feedback as a way to improve practice
Desired Qualifications:
One or more years of substitute experience, especially within an urban classroom utilizing structure, incentives, and high expectations to drive student success Bilingual;
Spanish & English Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and sitting Must be able to reach, stoop, kneel, push, and pull Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the school and other facilities as needed Must be able to successfully abide by all policies and procedures of Atlas Schools Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.
