Long-Term Substitute Gr 5 Elementary Teacher

Waterford Public Schools has an immediate vacancy for a team-oriented individual. Waterford Public Schools is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Grade 5 Teacher at Great Neck Elementary School effective for the 2026/27 school year. Waterford Public Schools serves approximately 2,400 students in grades PK-12. EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

State of Connecticut 305 endorsement required. Daily Rate for a certified substitute teacher is $155.00. On the 41st day of the same assignment, the daily rate shall be paid at BA step 1, $278.47. Retired teachers may be eligible for compensation up to $554.07/day. The vacancy is posted as open until filled.
