This is a great opportunity for those with some experience in early childhood education who want to work with children in a meaningful, hands-on setting—without committing to one fixed schedule. What You'll Do As a substitute teacher, you'll step into daycare classrooms for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-agers to support full-time staff, help maintain ratios, and keep the day running smoothly. You'll gain experience across different daycare centers and age groups while building relationships in the local childcare community. Requirements Must be 18+ years old High school diploma, GED, or transcript 1 or more years of prior experience in a child care, day care, or preschool setting Able to pass a Level 2 background check Comfortable working with all age groups, from infants to school-agers Perks of the Role Flexible scheduling — pick shifts that fit your life.
