We are in search of like-minded educators to join our team in helping to grow our students. We are looking for full-time and part-time teachers to be paid hourly. Pay rate depends on qualifications and job type. This includes paid holiday vacation time.

Requirements and responsibilities listed below:

REQUIREMENTS

Must have an Associate's Degree. Previous teaching experience. Be a practicing Christian with good moral character to align with our school's values. Willing to attend our annual curriculum training seminars. Successful results of Level 2 background checks and fingerprinting. Strong time management and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Set appropriate goals for students and assign individual work. Be available to help students one-on-one with questions if needed. Have a basic knowledge of all academic subjects. Monitor and supervise students while they work to ensure a calm, quiet, environment with harmony in the classroom. Manage students effectively to deter any conflicts and enforce the requirements of good student behavior. Create lesson plans/activities for extra work if needed outside of curriculum. Maintain accurate and complete student records. Promote a positive atmosphere for learning. Encourage Christian character in students. Ensure classroom is cleaned and sanitized daily.
