Responsibilities Implement lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher or develop your own based on curriculum guidelines. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a respectful and productive learning environment. Facilitate engaging instruction across subjects such as literacy, math, science, social studies, and early childhood education. Support students' individual needs, including working with children with autism or those requiring special education accommodations. Foster positive relationships with students to promote motivation and participation. Maintain classroom order and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents when necessary to support student progress and well-being. Requirements Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies. Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions and foster student engagement. Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and grade levels.
