Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a long term substitute elementary teacher at Parkview Center School. This is a 1.0 FTE position starting April 21, 2026, through the end of the school year.

Job Summary:

An elementary teacher is responsible for teaching fundamental subjects to children in grades K-6. Their duties include creating lesson plans, grading homework and tests and answering questions from students. Elementary teachers who work at Roseville Area Schools should have a knowledge of urban education and be willing to work with students that possess barriers to learning and connect them with district and community resources available. A Roseville Area Schools elementary teacher can interact effectively with persons from various cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds and works effectively, cooperatively, and collaboratively with students, parents, school staff and administration.

Compensation:

Minimum full year, full time starting salary is $51,539, plus a district contribution toward health and dental insurance.
