Minimum requirements:
Substitute Teachers:
+ Must hold valid MN Short Call Sub License or Regular Teaching License + Must be comfortable working in SpEd Classrooms with
SpEd Students Paraeducators:
+ 60+ College Credits OR + Passing Score on the ParaPro Exam + At least 18 years of age + Must be comfortable working in SpEd Classrooms with SpEd Students

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lead teachers to implement lesson plans and provide additional support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
- Assist students in understanding and completing assignments, reinforcing classroom instruction while promoting social and emotional development by encouraging positive peer interactions.
