Job Description

POSITION
Chemistry Teacher - Starpoint High School Full Year Long Term Substitute Position
EFFECTIVE DATES
September 2026 - June 2027
DESCRIPTION:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that are aligned with NYSTeaching Standards. Establish an engaging and inclusiveclassroom environment built on mutual respect and high expectations. Work collaboratively with department/grade level colleagues and administrators.
CERTIFICATION
: Must hold the appropriate certification for teaching area
COMPENSATION
Step 1 of STA contract, health and dental insurance provided
