QUALIFICATIONS

Valid NYS Certification:

Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 2), Childhood Education (Grade 1-6) or equivalent Strong commitment to children Ability to maintain a positive learning environment Knowledge of New York State Learning Standards and understanding of effective classroom instruction Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Such alternatives to the above as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable Primary (K-2) experience preferred Prior experience covering long-term teaching assignments preferred

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Full-time, temporary appointment Salary and benefits as per MACSFA contract Assignment expected through April 2027 APPLICATION
