All My Children Daycare is looking for a warm-hearted and motivated Assistant Teacher to become a valued member of our team! All My Children is more than a daycare — we're a nurturing, play-based learning community where every child is encouraged to grow socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically. If you're passionate about early childhood education and want to make a lasting impact, we'd love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and implementing daily age-appropriate activities that support children's development and cognitive growth skills. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Work alongside lead teachers to support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Communicate effectively and compassionately with parents and staff regarding child engagement. Engage children through play, conversation, reading, and hands-on learning. Support daily routines including meals, diapering, and rest time.
