Job Description

March 25, 2026 Long Term Substitute Teacher -
Carpentry/Construction Trades Duties:
To provide instruction and assessment to secondary students in Career and Technical Education in the area of Construction Trades. Maintain ongoing interaction with members of school administration, teaching, and counseling staff. Work closely with the industry partners for guidance, direction and materials. Provide services and supplementary materials to support instruction on an ongoing basis. Align instruction to post-secondary standards, while developing ongoing commitment and support for the program.
Qualifications:
New York State Certification in Vocational-Technical Education of eligibility for transitional certification with high school diploma and four years full time experience in trade area.

Rossetti Education Center SUNY Morrisville Madison-Oneida BOCES Morrisville, NY Verona, New York Term of Employment:
Full-time -10-month position
Salary:
Contingent upon experience and education according to Teachers' Contract.
