We help guide each developing infant, toddler, and Pre-k-aged students to reach their fullest potential by fostering practical indoor and outdoor living skills, a mathematical mind, music, art, gardening/nutrition and the self-confidence to communicate their wants and needs through both verbal and non-verbal communication. Currently we are looking for a nurturing, and dependable individual to support all 6 of our classrooms as a floater/substitute. Qualified candidates should have experience working with children between the ages of 4 months and 5 years. For us, someone with good communication skills, flexibility and who can work collaboratively with our other team members and respect the gifts of each young child is key; those with a growth mindset often do best! Our goal is to continue to provide a consistent environment for our youngest friends, while staff members are out sick or taking a personal days. If you have a sense of humor, positive attitude, and are available to start work at the beginning of June, then this may be a perfect opportunity for you! This is an hourly position; starting compensation is based on experience and education in the field.
