This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young learners, maintain classroom continuity, and support their educational growth. The substitute teacher will step into the classroom environment, deliver engaging lessons, and foster a positive learning atmosphere aligned with the school's curriculum standards. Ideal candidates will bring enthusiasm, flexibility, and to ensure students remain motivated and on track academically. Duties Implement lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher, ensuring smooth instructional flow. Adapt and modify lessons as needed to meet diverse student needs and learning styles. Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a respectful and inclusive environment conducive to learning. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging participation and confidence in their abilities. Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate any student concerns or incidents to school administration promptly. Requirements Prior experience working with children in classroom settings. Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and students. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and manage behavior positively. A degree in education is preferred.
