Job duties include:
Assist students one on one and in small group tutorials Support virtual teacher delivering academic instruction Maintain a safe, therapeutic classroom environment through various classroom management techniques Assist with program record keeping including point cards, grading, and other required documentation De-escalate students in crisis using Safe Crisis Management techniques
Schedule:
M-F 8:30-4:30 Full-time School year schedule
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old Valid PA Driver's License or PA I.D. and Reliable Transportation Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education or related field required Must be able to obtain clean FBI, PA Criminal and Child Abuse Clearances Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional Qualities:

Minimum Entry Rate:
$16/hr; will adjust for related experience
