This is an opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while maintaining a schedule that works for you. Substitute Teachers play a critical role in ensuring continuity in the classroom by maintaining structure, supporting students, and following instructional plans in the absence of the regular teacher. What You Can Expect Flexible scheduling based on your availability Daily pay ranging from $90

• 120 Paid training to prepare you for the classroom Fingerprinting reimbursement Opportunities for long-term assignments and consistent placements What You'll Do Follow lesson plans and guide students through daily instruction Maintain a structured, respectful, and productive classroom environment Manage student behavior and keep students engaged Supervise students during transitions, lunch, or recess as needed Communicate effectively with school staff regarding student behavior or concerns For long-term assignments, you may also take on additional responsibilities such as lesson planning and deeper classroom support.

What You Need Minimum of 60 college credit hours or an Associate's Degree At least 1 year of child care, tutoring, or related experience preferred Strong communication and classroom management skills Reliability, flexibility, and professionalism Schedule Assignments are available Monday through Friday, with both full-day and half-day opportunities depending on school needs. Start and end times may vary by campus.
