Overview Join our vibrant educational team as a Teacher Assistant and play a vital role in nurturing young minds! In this dynamic position, you will support lead teachers in creating engaging, safe, and inclusive learning environments for children across various age groups, including preschool, toddler, and infant care. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster curiosity, social skills, and early childhood development. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans that promote early childhood education and developmental milestones Support children with activities that enhance social interaction, motor skills, and cognitive growth Provide attentive care to children's needs, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as required Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following health and safety protocols Support behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and discipline Help organize classroom materials and educational resources for effective learning experiences Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or similar settings is preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early education practices Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle diverse behaviors with patience and professionalism Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude toward caregiving Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels young learners' growth!
