Holy Trinity School Catholic Diocese of Cleveland - 4.7 Holy Trinity, AL Job Details Full-time $15 - $20 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Student-centered approaches (student motivation techniques) Full Job Description Holy Trinity School Holy Trinity Catholic School seeks a faith-filled, student-centered educator to serve as a Junior High Math Intervention & Instructional Aide for grades 6-8. This position partners closely with the junior high math teacher to support student achievement through small-group instruction, one-on-one interventions, tutoring, assessment administration, and classroom support. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students build confidence and competence in mathematics while fostering a classroom environment rooted in faith, respect, perseverance, and academic excellence. This role will collaborate with the math teacher to support daily instruction and differentiated learning, assist with classroom activities, projects, and assessments. They will reinforce classroom expectations and promote student engagement as well as prepare instructional materials and resources as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree is preferred. Strong math skills and understanding of junior high mathematics concepts. Ability to work effectively with students of varying academic abilities and learning needs. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education. Range $15/hour — $20/hour
