This position offers an opportunity to support our youngest learners as they grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually within a nurturing Catholic school environment.

Responsibilities include: Assisting classroom teachers with daily instruction and learning activities Supporting students in small groups and individual learning tasks Helping with classroom organization, routines, and transitions Supervising students during various parts of the school day Encouraging positive behavior and fostering a welcoming classroom community Supporting the mission and values of Catholic education

Qualifications:

High School Diploma Enjoy working with young children and helping them succeed Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to maintain a positive, patient, and nurturing presence Commitment to supporting the Catholic mission of the school Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required Holy Trinity School is dedicated to forming students in faith, knowledge, and service.
