This role assists the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities, child supervision, and maintaining a clean and nurturing learning space. Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson plans Support children with daily routines, including meals, naps, and playtime Engage with children in age-appropriate activities that support development Observe and assist with managing children's behavior Help maintain daily activity logs and reports for parents Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Assist with caring for children with special needs or disabilities as needed Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a positive classroom experience Qualifications & Experience Experience working with young children preferred Experience in a licensed daycare facility is a plus Previous experience caring for children under 4 preferred Willingness to follow lesson plans and classroom guidance First Aid and CPR Certification beneficial Job Type Full-time Benefits Childcare Dental, Health, Vision, and Life Insurance Employee Discount Flexible Schedule Professional Development Assistance Work Location In person
