Job Description

Posh Tot Learning Academy is a high-quality learning academy in the heart of Bentonville. We provide a warm, hands-on learning environment for students aged 6 weeks - 5 years. We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic Teachers to love and care for the precious children entrusted to us. Our teachers must have a great love and patience for children.
Responsibilities:
Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times Collaborate with co-workers to develop and implement weekly lesson plans Maintain daily classroom schedules Communicate with parents regularly to share progress and understand the children's needs
Skills:
Prior childcare experience Excellent communication and instructional skills Friendly and reliable Be at least 18 years of age Compensation based on education and/or experience.
