Job Description

Little Miracles Daycare is a licensed, family-centered childcare center located at 1262 Spencer St, Conway, AR 72032. We are currently hiring for multiple positions including Teacher Assistant, Substitute, and Floater.
Who We Are:
We are a warm, professional, and owner-operated childcare center dedicated to providing high-quality care and early learning experiences for the children and families we serve. We are growing and we want the right people to grow with us.
Positions Available:
Teacher Assistant (up to 40 hrs/week) Substitute / Floater (as needed, 5-20 hrs/week) Part-Time Staff (15-25 hrs/week)
What You Will Do:
Support lead teachers in daily classroom activities and routines Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children Assist with meals, nap time, hygiene routines, and transitions Follow all Arkansas childcare licensing guidelines and center policies Step in as needed to maintain proper staff-to-child ratios
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Current CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain before start date Must pass a background check Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous childcare, classroom, or early childhood experience Familiarity with Arkansas childcare licensing requirements Experience with children ages 0-12
