99 Paraprofessional may be assigned to a small group of students within a general classroom, or working individually with a student. Skills being worked on may be academic in nature, such as assisting students with a Science Lab, editing an essay or solving math problems. Functional skill development may include social skills, hygiene, safety and behavior management. A paraprofessional may occasionally be reassigned depending on absences for that day. Our day starts at 8:25am and ends at 3:10pm.
