Teacher Assistant Preschool

Description Growing God's Kingdom Preschool is a state-accredited, award-winning, 5-Star Better Beginnings early childhood facility in West Fork, Arkansas. Our mission is to create a brighter future for children by providing a safe, nurturing environment where they can grow academically, and socially. We are looking for a caring and dependable Teacher Assistant to support our lead teachers and help provide a positive learning experience for young children. Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson plans Supervise and ensure the safety of children during classroom, playground, and meal times Help with learning activities such as reading, crafts, games, and play-based learning Encourage positive behavior and help children develop social skills Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Support the preschool's values and positive learning atmosphere Qualifications Enjoys working with young children Patient, responsible, and reliable Ability to work well with others as part of a team Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred but not required Must meet any state background check requirements

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
