There is a 32.5 hour position available. We are looking for individuals to support across the specialized program.

Instructional assistants duties include:

transitioning students to specials/bathrooms/lunch/recess, teaching grade-level curriculum (reading, writing and math), managing student behaviors within the classroom/around school campus, willing to be flexible in supporting other self-contained classrooms. These positions require Instructional Assistants to have an Associate's Degree (60 college credits) OR higher. Degree does not have to be related to education. •If degree is not acquired, Instructional Assistant will need to pass the ParaProfessional test given through Mesa Public Schools, if hired. Fingerprint clearance card is required as well.
