We combine hands-on learning, kindergarten readiness, and a faith-centered culture while providing exceptional care for children and families. We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and caring Assistant Teacher to join our growing team. Responsibilities Assist Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities and routines Supervise and engage children through play, learning, and hands-on activities Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment Help with diapering, potty training, meals, and nap routines as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and common areas Follow all safety, licensing, and daycare procedures Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Support both academic and Christian classroom curriculum implementation Requirements Must have full-time availability between 7:00 AM-6:00 PM (shift schedules may vary based on classroom needs) Must be reliable with consistent attendance Must enjoy working with children and be able to actively engage throughout the day Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities Ability to pass required background checks and obtain/maintain necessary childcare requirements Previous childcare experience preferred but not required What We're Looking For Positive attitude Dependable and punctual Team player Takes initiative Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Someone who truly enjoys helping children learn and grow Benefits Paid time off Growth opportunities within the company Supportive, family-oriented environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Important This position requires flexibility based on classroom and staffing needs. Pay:

$17.00 per hour
