This full-time position supports students during the school day as a classroom aide and works with students in our after-school program each afternoon.

After School Program Aide Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.
Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Start Date:
Mid-July 2026
Location:
Phoenix, AZ Responsibilities Assist teachers with classroom instruction and activities Provide academic and behavioral support to students Help prepare instructional materials and classroom organization Supervise and engage students during the after-school program Lead enrichment activities, homework help, and recreation Foster a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment Qualifications Experience working with children in a school or educational setting preferred Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and families Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and passion for helping students succeed High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join Scholars Academy?
