We focus on small class sizes, AMI instruction, and community experiences. We have a diverse community of children ranging in age from three to six years old. If you are passionate about guiding children to achieve their full potential, we would love to talk with you! Duties Assist the lead teacher in implementing Montessori curriculum and lesson plans tailored to early childhood development. Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and guiding children through daily routines. Prepare learning materials and classroom environments that promote exploration and hands-on learning experiences. Engage with children individually and in small groups to support literacy education, math skills, and other foundational subjects. Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and interests to inform teaching strategies. Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere that celebrates diversity and encourages curiosity. Requirements Prior experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of Montessori principles, early childhood education practices, and childhood development theories.

From $16.00 per hour
