Scottsdale, AZ Part-Time and Full-Time Shifts Available Job Summary We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and grounded Independent Living Support Providers to join our son's Entourage Team in Scottsdale. In this role, you will support a young adult with autism and epilepsy as he builds independence, daily living skills, and meaningful routines. Providers assist with daily living, community engagement, job‑skill activities, and maintaining a calm, structured home environment. This is a paid position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within a supportive, family-led team. Key Responsibilities Provide direct support to an individual with autism and epilepsy in home and community settings Assist with daily living routines including hygiene, meal preparation, organization, and evening activities Support job‑skill activities during daytime "job coach" hours Implement positive behavior strategies and maintain a predictable, calm environment Encourage independence, communication, and social engagement Drive to community activities, appointments, or outings as needed Maintain clear documentation and follow established routines and safety procedures Collaborate with family and team members to ensure consistent, high‑quality support Requirements Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral health needs Ability to assist with ADLs and provide respectful, compassionate support Strong communication and observational skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Flexibility to work varied shifts Prior experience in home and community‑based care preferred Medication administration certification is a plus (training available) Required Certifications (or willingness to obtain) Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card CPR & First Aid Background check (completed by us) Additional trainings reviewed during the interview process Shift Options We offer three shift types, and different personalities thrive in each. You may choose the shift(s) that best match your strengths. 7 AM
- 3 PM (Job Coach Hours) Best for individuals who are structured, organized, upbeat, and enjoy purposeful routines. 3 PM
- 9 PM (Evening Routine) Best for warm, easygoing, social personalities who enjoy cooking, light cleaning, and relaxed evening routines. 9 PM
- 7AM (Overnight) Best for calm, steady, observant individuals who prefer quiet environments and peaceful overnight supervision.
A rotation will be built to support the full team.
