Job Description

Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Discover a rewarding, full-time contract opportunity supporting students in a dynamic school environment near Scottsdale, AZ. This onsite position focuses on facilitating the success of students with diverse learning needs and requires skilled paraprofessional expertise. Your role involves collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, administrators, and families to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). You will be instrumental in administering referral and evaluation processes, leading placement and review conferences, and providing essential curriculum coordination and staff development. This is a unique chance to develop your leadership skills while making a meaningful difference for students every day.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Active Special Education Teaching License or Certificate in Arizona Prior experience as a paraprofessional within school settings Strong understanding of IEP compliance, placement procedures, and evaluation processes Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work onsite (no virtual assignments available for this position)
Responsibilities:
