We are seeking dedicated paraprofessionals to support classroom instruction, work with small groups of students, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities Support classroom instruction under the direction of the teacher Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning concepts Assist with reading, writing, and academic activities Help maintain a safe and positive classroom environment Monitor students in various settings (classroom, playground, etc.) Provide clerical and instructional support to teachers Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One of the following Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds Preferred Qualifications Experience working with elementary students (K-1 preferred) Experience supporting behavior and small group instruction 60 college credits, OR Passing score on Paraprofessional Praxis Exam Why Join Us Supportive school and district leadership Opportunities for growth and development Collaborative and student-centered environment Competitive benefits, including paid medical, dental, and vision options

$17.62 Per Hour Job Requirements At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred. High School/Trade School degree preferred. Citizenship, residency or work visa required
