The Assistant Teacher works with the Lead teacher to maintain a loving, caring Christian environment. The assistant teacher must have enthusiasm, patience, and a love for children.
Duties:
The Assistant Teacher aids in implementing curriculum and activities, while seeing to the basic needs of toddlers (toileting, washing, dressing, and eating).
Requirements:
High School Diploma or higher Fingerprint Clearance Card (pass a criminal background check) Must pass a TB test (Proof of a negative tuberculosis test, current immunization against measles, rubella, diphtheria and tetanus) lift at least 50 pounds Christian Faith exhibited through lifestyle, church involvement and seeking after the Lord. Must be 18 years of age or older Nice to
Haves:
Experience working with toddlers High Energy An understanding of child development. Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
